So I could be right. Bishops Stortford in our division is much more sensible. They have Hitchin and Royston nearby and are in easy reach of the eastern clubs. How anybody thought Kings Langley were in the central belt is beyond comprehension. They must have been holding their map the wrong way up. Ps a king prawn omelette sounds disgustingsussexdiamond wrote: Mon May 20, 2019 8:56 am Clubs have seven days to appeal
I would expect either Kings Langley or Bishops Stortford to appeal and ultimately swap places.

Purely because it's less of a journey, (which I think is good) especially when you lose, having a dog of a journey home.Sid wrote: Mon May 20, 2019 4:57 pmStortford get most upset at any suggestion that they might be transferred out of the M25 league, so I was kind of hoping they would be put in our divisionmikerd wrote: Mon May 20, 2019 2:35 pmBartonRaz wrote: Mon May 20, 2019 10:00 am
Can't see either of those two appealing. Would King's Langley really want to be in the Premier South with the likes of Truro, Tiverton, Taunton, Dorchester etc? I imagine they're delighted.
Bishop Stortford didn't want to move anyway.
Well said BartonRaz, I 100% agree with you, Kings Langley would have also had Merthyr and Poole, I think Kings Langley this league would would suit them more, a being in it previous seasons and b, having, less time on the road in this league.
Going on from other seasons, Bishop Stortford didn't want to move.
I think it's nice having them in the league instead of Bishop Stortford,![]()
Don't know how KL feel about being moved, but I would have thought they'd be happy with it. Not so sure it's nice having them in the league Mike, given what happened last time we played there!
(I'll much prefer to have Cambridge City in our league than Cleethorpes) SCD1. To NSD1,

There always seems to be 1/2 sides that seem to be swapped about, like Hednesford are being yo yo about. I wonder if Hednesford will put in appeal.

Gateshead have been demoted to Step 3 for financial irregularities. That will have a ripple effect throughout the league's. A reprieve for someone in the National League and probably Gloucester back into the Nat South.

Similar scenario to RDFC’s demise in 2011. There is no guarantee that they will be accepted by the NPL given their financial problems and ownership mess.sussexdiamond wrote: Fri May 24, 2019 10:31 pm Gateshead have been demoted to Step 3 for financial irregularities.

Not sure what is happening at Ebbsfleet either. The players have been having problems with wages for a few months.Trek wrote: Sat May 25, 2019 11:38 amSimilar scenario to RDFC’s demise in 2011. Gateshead only relegated to Nat North so Aldershot reprieved and no knock on effect other than Oxford City stay in the South
