Strongly agree with this mate, although there has been a lot of noise surrounding the club recently it looks like whatever we do we are doomed! We're are doomed if we keep Maxwell according to some fans but also doomed in the way that what respectful manager would want to come to this mess!!!

Maybe it's looking more likely to write-off this season and accept the worst and prepare for a rebuild in the following season with a manager who has been rightly appointed by the board which is also backed by proof of legitimate appointment (hurts me to say this about such a class club).

I would love to see if any of the snipers (*cough* AFCRDpete *cough*) would step up and put their words and ideologies for the club into action!!

No doubt he'd be as useful as a one winged bird... :hmmm:

Couldn't agree more, it's time to voice our opinions and end this saga, and most importantly get our beautiful club back on track!

just 3 questions that a number of people have asked me recently.

1. Why was Maxwell allowed to put in a late job application?
2. Why was Maxwell allowed to make a presentation on the evening of the vote to 7 board directors when the other applicants only saw 3 directors.
3. Did the board/interviewing panel stipulate that the new manager must have or was working towards a Uefa B coaching cert?
4. At the EGM, will the members get the chance to vote on the boards decision to appoint Maxwell? ie to get rid of him?

That’s some quite serious and important questions raised there and I for one would like to know the answers.

Having had the opportunity to read some of the information on the members forum I am absolutely astounded at how this appointment has come about. Without sharing the details if this was in the workplace we would be looking at claim after claim, court and tribunal.
