A season of ups and downs, a lot of lessons learnt, I’m convinced we’ll come back stronger with the current board, management team, and players.

Really pleased to finish the season and our time at Step 3 with a victory and on decent form. Another fantastic shift put in by the players. After being well adrift a matter of weeks ago it’s been a superb effort to avoid that bottom place, huge credit to everyone involved. Hopefully we can carry this momentum forward into next season.
Excellent play on the right from the impressive Anderson for the first goal and a composed finish from Cooper. Although we soon lost the lead, to be fair it was a great strike from their lad giving Snedker absolutely no chance. Nice to get ourselves ahead again just before the break though thanks to Glennon’s goal, albeit against the run of play. We had a much better control of the midfield in the second period and hence dictated most of it. After conceding so many stoppage time goals, it was a relief that we were able to hold on despite being a man down. Incredibly we've actually done the double over a team!
Massively important that we now get behind the ‘Save Our Summer’ campaign, buy season tickets, memberships and shirts etc and give Chris Nunn the best possible budget to work with for 2023/24. If we can keep the nucleus of the side together and bring in some quality signings, then I’m sure some exciting times are just around the corner.
