Is anyone else......

Post by Pigman »

.......a little bit worried about the MK Dons situation? Ince walks as Winkleman has told him that the budget will be cut again next year, Ince says he's taken the club as far as he can with the resources he's being given.

Now, Winkleman will be looking for a manager who can manage on a budget and deliver and there is still no formal announcement that Justin has signed a new contract ................should I/we be worried???

Brendan Rogers and Alan Curbishley seem to be amongst the favourites ...............I've just soiled myself by visiting their forum (yuck) !!

I couldn't be any happier about the current situation at the franchise. The news that they are having to cut back fills me renewed hope that that vile excuse for a football club is not sustainable and that given a few years they will f*** right off back into the oblivion from whence they came.

I doubt they would come in for Justin, as even with their reduced budget I imagine Wankleman will be after someone more high profile, however, if they do try to lure him away I'm sure we'll be entitled to compensation regardless of whether he's signed this new deal or not.

While I'd be devastated to see JE leave (especially to that filth), we all know that if he continues to do such a superb job as he currently is, someone higher up the footballing pyramid will eventually come in for him. I'm still in my "things can't possibly get any better than they currently are, and any minute now it's all going to go tits up and we'll be right back where we were under Benny" mood, so I'm well and truely prepared for the worst! ;)

I thought this when I heard about Ince. JE would fit their profile as well (young manager with recent Premier League experience). I'm worried.

It hadn't crossed my mind, but now it's been mentioned I could see it happening.

However I'm not sure JE would want to go. He is a fantastic manager but it seems to me that he enjoys working here and sees it as a project to get us in the Football League.

And Justin, if you ever get put in the position to choose between staying and leaving just remember this - I LOVE YOU

I would be very surprised to see him go at this stage. After all he has only had one successful season so would still represent a gamble at a higher level - look what happened to Mark Cooper. It is more likely he would leave this time next year if we have done well in either League 2 or the Blue Square Premier.

I just hope it isn't MK he ends up going to.

I understand that he'll probably move on and at most clubs I'd wish him well , but if he ended up at MK I'd probably end up disliking him lots. :(
