Once more we face a critical period. At least Khalsa are not the force they were expected to be. It's always a concern at this time of year will all players be available. Will Santa be bringing that 30 goals a season striker in Harrimans stocking?

I'm guessing that Harriman was given a points target to achieve by Christmas from the board so surely its time for them to now review? Although who would want the job I don't know.
However, the situation is just not improving and unfortunately shows no sign of getting better any time soon.
We simply turn up, miss chances & concede easy soft goals every week.
I'm afraid relegation is a certainty.

Let me tell you now, the way we played after we equalised was absolutely shocking. I’ve seen a lot this season… but that was something else.

Whilst I hate losing these games these current matches were always a free hit in my book. Our survival attempt starts on the 6th against Gresley, it will be that run of games that decides if we stay up. Unfortunately whilst both Gresley and Rugby appear just as bad as us the cushion they do have means anything but wins in those 2 games against them means probable relegation.

Counting games as free hits is ultimately a sign of a team who is destined for relegation. There are no free hits. We equalised early in the 2nd half and instead of it motivating us, we capitulated.

I would say Spalding, Khalsa, Harborough and Corby matches are a free hit. I dont think anyone expects us to match those so I believe it’s a free hit. Today was probably the one match that could have been the exception but another defeat by 3 goals proved otherwise. Couldn’t make today as I’m working but I bet Khalsa were not all that, as are most teams in this league yet we sit with 4 points.
