The club is always after volunteers for events like this or other matchday roles (usually on a rota basis).
If you can help please contact Lorraine or David as outlined below.
On Matchdays Tim is usually around the Turnstile area and will also collect details and pass on to the relevant groups.
Or let MattH in the Turnstile know and he will also pass on your details.
Or comment here or DM me.

Re: [ Volunteers Needed ] Matchdays
What are supporters volunteering for?
What are the roles needed?
How much of the game will the volunteers miss?
How long before and/after the match will they need to be at the ground?
A little more information will greatly help the search for help. It would also help to put the roles on both the NFA and NPL sites as I’m pretty sure there are people out there who don’t necessarily support the club (yet) who would be willing to help. If, as it seems, the club is struggling to find new volunteers, everything should be done to try to find them.

HI Stacey, some excellent questions. I am out of the UK at present so have suggested someone from the VWG responds in more detail. However the Volunteer Working Group page on the Official Site does contain more information and job descriptions.

Re: [ Volunteers Needed ] Matchdays
This post was primarily just a quick urgent reaction to the twitter call for volunteers for last Saturday. I added Matchdays as I knew Dale's bar is short of volunteers for example for upcoming matches.StaceyH wrote: Fri Jul 12, 2024 12:40 pm What are supporters volunteering for?

The intention was to just give a few club contact points for people to touch base urgently. Generally a quick chat is best to explore options.
That said the VWG do maintain the official open Jobs & Roles on the website, and I believe are planning another volunteers drive as the season starts.
On main site see (Via News, Volunteering, Opportunities).

Some roles can overlap with match kick off, which is why having multiple people for a Rota is useful. Dale's bar tends to serve through to HT for example whereas Shop may shut them reopen again at HT.
Similarly the board is also looking for new members too as per recent member statements.
I believe we've used at least the NFA site in the past for stadium maint and am sure as many channels as possible will be used. Fans can also spread the word.
