STAY ON AFTER THE GAME TO WATCH THE PLAYERS RECEIVE THEIR AWARDS.
Send the players into the play-offs by showing them we appreciate their efforts this year, it'll be murder getting away after the game anyway, let Luton fans leave and struggkle through the traffic while we celebrate the achievements of what has been a fantastic season.
I know only a small number of us frequent this site, so spread the word and encourage others to stay behind - it'll be appreciated by the players and management for sure - send the lads into the play-offs by showing what it means to us.

Why is it not being done before the game like every other team/year?

I would also assume that a number of people will be in Strikers filling the clubs coffers, hopefully ;) , and would then miss the presentations.
