I'd certainly see if they can do 1 night's training on the pitch itself this week even if it's just passing the ball around on the ground. I thought we looked a but uncertain as it's a bit bobbly and it seemed to get stuck under player's feet at times.

Resisted the temptation to post a knee-jerk reaction after last week, bitterly disappointing to waste the FA cup opportunity yet again and a poor and disjointed performance, but can appreciate that it is a new team that needs to gel, it came too early for this new team.

Excited for tomorrow and the season, so great to have football back, but definitely tempering my expectations, at least for August. On paper, we have a great squad it appears, the best for a number of years and good squad depth, but they need to be a team. If we can be mid table at end of August then I'll take that, but hope to see us be pushing for top 5 when the team gels, we'll have to see!
