Totally agree Robin does not sound good over there with all the young sides (except under18,s ) walking away , also the ladies and the walking mens side. Seems there must be a lot going on behind the scenes

I don't know if this is the case but you are asking for trouble when your main income stream for the first team is the youth team subscriptions.
I believe you'll have a much stronger relationship by involving the community teams and encouraging them to come to first team games. The recent Community Day being a case in point.
