Old news now that Cousins has put Nene Park up for sale (at a crazy price). He’s unsurprisingly changed agents for the site several times already…

It's nearly 20 years since KC got the land and buildings for 512k. From old threads, seems like he put in another 1m or so into RDFC between 2006-10. I doubt he made that much from K*ttering's brief stay and then he had to pay rates etc from 2012-17, when he had to pay to demolish.
