Surely you don't mean you'll only go to Oxford if we've done well enough in the first leg ? ;)
I was thinking of doing that but now that tickets are selling like hotcakes I'm thinking 'f*** it' and just hope we don't get bummed on Thursday.

Probably, but I believe what Rob said was extremely fickle and it's annoying. So much for supporting Rushden & Diamonds through thick and thin, lets just support them if they win..

I see your point, but the fact is that Rob still supports the club even after years of crap, unlike many fans who have abandoned us. So yeah sure he may be a little fickle but he is still a loyal fan.

I am probably seen as being fickle by some too I guess.
I'd absolutely love to be able to make it to both, or even one of the playoff semi-final games. But it will in total cost me about £80 quid for each game, living in Brighton.

Should we make it to you know where though... I will go. I will starve myself for a week if it means I have the money to go.

The point is I'd be willing to go to ANY length to make it to the final, but realistically can't make either of the semi's without huge sacrifice.

Ermm I think you misinterpreted my original post. What I meant to say I was going to wait until after Thursday to buy my ticket however now they're going so quickly I'm going to buy my ticket tomorrow. :)

You really should just take everything Rob posts ever as a bit of a Image

I sincerely hope they don't sell out.
Ive attended 32 games this season, so might aswell have a season ticket! and would be seriously peeved if I didn't get a ticket for Oxford.

I'm planning the ring at 10am sharp on Thursday, hope there will be tickets left :(

Oh and being a season ticket holder for the 12 years previous to this one doesn't count does it?

And being a trust member every year since it was formed apart from this one doesn't count either?

I'm so nervous...Serves me right for not renewing either I suppose!

The last line is spot on.

Hopefully something like this can ensure some more memberships / season tickets for next season. I don't understand why someone such as yourself wouldn't buy a season ticket anyway, even if you attended 2/3 of the games it would still probably be worth it.

I didn't renew as at the time the clubs future looks doubtful, and I didn't want to pump a large chunk of money when our immediate financial security wasn't secure, wouldnt want to waste £200! Also, I had one last year but missed a lot of games because of my personal football amongst other things so didn't think it would be worth it, however with only missing 2 home games all season, in hindsight I should of bought one!
