Do you get a grant though since you're a foreigner?

Considering they refused to give me my grant because of a technicality I doubt they'd let some foreigner get one.

I know of hardly anyone who got a grant even those from the least privileged of backgrounds got screwed out of it somehow.

A friend of mine gets a grant due to his parents both being retired and in their late 60s. Apart from that, no one I know gets one either.
