Saw a similar thread on Confforum, thought it was interesting.

2,800 fans watched this team run out against Darlo at home:

Jamie Young
Phil Gulliver
Peter Hawkins
Graham Allen
Rob Gier
Dave Savage
Greg Pearson
David Bell
Dan Chillingworth
Neil McCafferty
Marcus Kelly.

Who would make it into today's team?

We drew 1-1 by the way.

If we're on about as they are now, it's Bell without question. Jamie Young might be a possibility, although tbh probably unlikely.

The rest, no way.

There's only one striker in that team, and it's a stretch to call him that.

That team is terrible. No wonder we got relegated.

Where is Chilli now? I remember he scored a blinding goal for Orient when we had him on loan.
