Help Needed...

Me and three friends (we're all 16) need to get from Peterborough to Kings Cross (return) on the 8th July. Does anyone know the cheepest way for us please, ie railcards or special deals?

A return fair from Pboro to London ( I did St Pancras but its only over road from Kings Cross) seems to be £26, but it depends what time you're leaving and coming back, I did leaving at 10am and coming back 8pm, but it depends on off peak and peak times.

If you want really cheap, then you can travel from Peterborough to London by coach ( National Express ) That's £11 each £33 for the three of you.

Getting to Kings Cross is just a tube journey.

Im exploring this, then getting the 1130 train back, However the quote has come back at 57.40 for the 4 of us, any ideas why this may be?

and do you know what a funfair ticket is? thats only 24!

it seems all so simple and easy for a saving of £34! Ill go for it! Cheers!
