From JE interview found on the Chronic...

"We're certainly solid and competitive, but maybe the personnel that we have might suit a 4-4-2 rather than a 4-3-3.

"You've always got to be looking to find a system that suits your personnel and things I saw from the last half an hour on Tuesday leads me towards changing the formation."


Yes, play with wingers - get some width - get to the by-line - get behind the defenders and cross..Gooooaaal..!

After all, we never got anywhere with 4-3-3...
