Ooooooh that is bad

The worst that I've experienced was on the M20 north just after Folkestone. The traffic came to a halt at 8am and did'nt start moving again until 6 hours later. We got out of our cars and sat around at the side of the road. The authorities handed out bottles of water. It turned out that bridge repair work over ran and the motorway could not be re-opened until the work was finished. I was a bit annoyed because it ate into my weekend visit to Blighty, but 9 days, that's just incredible !!

My worst two were M74 south about 4 years ago. Closed about 10 and opened about 8 at night with drivers parking on hard shoulder overnight.

M11 in the snow about 7 years ago.
You're knocked out with who I am,
Look at you now, you're all in my hands.
