Green & Miller
I was wandering whats happening with these two at the moment because Miller has been pretty good so far espicially with his 3 goals so is he injuried or been dropped out of the starting 11 at the moment. Dominic Green seems pretty good to so whats the situation with him because didn't he play the daventry match?

Defensively I would argue it's Miller, but then that's just me. Plus he's been scoring goals.Oundle Diamond #2 wrote:Osanos just better at RB. And Green doesn't suit 4-3-3!

Re: Green & Miller
I have to admit i prefer miller but thats just because he has scored 3 goals already. Although i dont think ive seen him play unless he was at the club for the posh freindly. As a defender osano may well be better espicially at his current form

Re: Green & Miller
Miller's been dead unlucky IMO. He's got a few goals and does a steady old job. Green's not in my plans for a place in the starting XI just yet ;)

Yeah, I can see you're point. I'd say that Osano on his day has the ability to dominate his opponents whereas Miller just deals with them, but I'd agree Miller was a more dependable defender. I just think Osano offers so much more...Mad Dog wrote:Defensively I would argue it's Miller, but then that's just me. Re: Green & Miller
I would always have Osano in the team at right back, although I think Miller would be desperately unlucky to lose his place in the side when he's fully fit again. I believe he could do a good job as a centre back, but Shane Huke has played really well in the last couple of games and also deserves a starting place. What a great headache for JE!Oundle Diamond #2 wrote:Yeah, I can see you're point. My issue with Curtis has been his lapses in concentration, that nearly or have cost us goals this year. Whilst he can be quality, especially going forward, I feel he lets himself down on his concentration. We're still letting in stupid goals, although it is going down, so really having someone in the team that can just deal with an opponent, isn't a drawback.
I think it comes down to balancing the pros and cons at the end of the day. Curtis can have off days and be brilliant others, especially going forward (certainly he is still young), whereas Miller may not offer the same going forward, but has proven more dependable defensively.
I echo Dave's sentiments, it's a good headache for JE to have!
