Kiddy in financial trouble

Looks like the Harriers are struggling. £250k in debt and forecast losses greater than that this season.
Not good.

I'm afraid Kiddy is just one of many teams losing money and unlike others Kiddy are just being honest about the problem.
In fact Kiddy have almost the same average attendence as us and most likely a simular budget and if it were not for the sale of players and sell on clauses i would imagine those would have been the same losses we were heading for this season.

I guess the best way to show support to them... and conveniently to our own deserving players, is to take as many as possible on tuesday and eat as much delicious food as we can

I agree and this is the most annoying part of our ownership under the Trust. When our Club had serious financial problems, the Trust board just kept it to themselves without communicating with the rank and file fans who elected them in the first place.Biggles wrote:I'm afraid Kiddy is just one of many teams losing money and unlike others Kiddy are just being honest about the problem.
It is incumbent on the boards of all clubs to communicate fully with their fans and engage them to help with financial matters and I'm pleased that we are seeing more openness under KC's control in this respect.
Kiddy's board are obviously making their current financial situation clear to engage the possible help of businesses/supporters in their town.
