Re: Football Manager 2011
Gauthier Mahoto (free) is a great signing.
Also Benedict Akwuegbu (free) is getting on a bit but still good.
Other signings were Wayne Graves(free), King Gyan (Free)( who is an absolute beast and far too good for this level), Phil Imray as a keeper (free) (also gets called up for New Zealand national team) Matthew Lund on loan from Stoke
and Osano gets called up for Kenya..
Some strange results popping up too lol

Dear davealbon
Thanks for ruining any chance of getting any Uni work done.. im completly addicted again. ;)
Kett*ring are way too good on the games i have played seem to be in the top 5 the whole time..
i Would echo that Howe and Green are too good for the BlueSq and it is very fustrating when you cannot meet there demands, Howe will sign for 1,500 maximum wage is 1,300 :(
Joe Day is under rated

Re: Football Manager 2011
Thanks everyone. For some reason, the best players (in terms of performances) don't always turn out to be those with the best statistical ratings. I'll post a list on here of our players' current abilities when I get a chance.
Howe and Green were not in my file when the latest research phase was done, so I had no control over their ratings. It is quite common though for players on loan from higher leagues to be far better than they are in real life.

Re: Football Manager 2011
Given that the majority of Conference clubs (and probably most League 1 and League 2 clubs) don't pay ANY agents fees, this does seem unrealistic. I'll raise this point on the researchers network.Downsie53 wrote:Agents now negotiate on behalf of their players and ask for stupid amounts of money in wages and agents fees - spoils the game slightly for me,
My pleasure! ;)DiamondsR4ever wrote:Dear davealbon

Just download the demo. Not played anything since the FM09 demo. I think the interface is utterly horrible, but it gets easier to use after a while.
I also see a lot of dodgy results popping up too. I beat Luton 7-4!

Taken from Fm11 site...
"Crawley also have a budget of 50k-60k and wagebudget of 22k-24,5k"
:| Diamonds is £0k Transfer and around £11k - £14k wages...
The new dark skin is nice though
EDIT: Just signed this guy too, seems good for this level..

I had about 6 injured players when I started, all out for about 2 months! :(
