The likely scenario is new owners/investment followed by news that a hotel operator has now been secured to proceed with construction on the hotel that has 12 months remaining on the planning permission granted in December 2008.

Is Max York still on the payroll? ;)

I would have thought any takeover would include Keith whether it's now or in the future as he owns the ground and can't imagine anyone forking out a couple of million for it?

Was just about to say something similar. Got to be a pretty niche audience. They haven't even mentioned the press conference.
