Next to the new NHS site is planned a business park, that's why I think the idea of a coffee shop/ cafe where the shop is at present might be a money maker. It needs to be something where people can go sit, order lunch/ snacks and a coffee. I've always believed that the site needs a MacDonalds/ KFC/ Buddies to generate income, and that section right in front of the shop would be ideal.

davealbion says that what Calder said their expected turnover would be for next year. i.e.We obviously need to wait because the turnouver that is expected to happen in 2011 hasn't happened yet. And neither you nor me can judge them on that particular piece of information that you've highlighted in your original post until then.:roll:

I think that would be a great idea. Enough people in the area to justify one and screwing K*ttering over at the same time.

I think the clowns would find it offensive to be compared to Ladak and co, even in jest.
