Grimsby pitch inspection 9am Tuesday

Pitch inspection at 9am on Tuesday with the match referee as opposed to the originally planned inspection this afternoon with a local referee; no doubt due to the improving weather conditions (but I don't think they've looked at the forecast for tonight/tomorrow morning ;))

Yeah it'll be off, I was slightly hopeful yesterday when I saw that temperatures were rising but there's going to be heavy snow forecast for Tuesday in Grimsby (and here I think) so even if it passes the inspection tomorrow, it won't on Tuesday.

On a more positive note, the forecast is improving a little towards the end of the week, just desperate for us to have at least 1 or 2 games before I go back to uni :(

There seems to be an air of optimism in the Grimsby camp that the game might go ahead. Let's hope we don't have to drive through bad weather to get there tomorrow.

At the moment i'm more concerned that it'l pass the initial inspection and then fail a later one.

Lets hope they don't end up regretting saying that and if it does go on, hopefully they'll do a minutes silence/applause before the kickoff.

A lot of rain and no snow, the same in Grimsby by the sounds of it. I reckon this is now 50/50.
