I think that the club should think of organising some sort of counseling that may be appropriate and a more positive feeling may come out of the dressing room. Harking on about the past will do no one any good at all and we should all be looking forward and not back.

JE sounds like he just can't be bothered right now, understandably.

My view of the game.

First half, we were slightly better and deserved the lead. Rushden didn't have a single shot on target, luckily for us with who was in goal.

Second half, Rushden battered us and fully deserved their equaliser.

We reacted well, a great piece of skill from Marna and a super finish from Christie put us in dreamland.

After that, bar O'Connor's terrible miss, we weren't massively troubled.

We should have had a penalty in the 2nd half when Marna was hacked down.

I thought you looked very suspect at the back and we got in behind quite easily in the first half. Power looked good in midfield, far better than Porter. I like Jamie Day too, he was impressive and Gash was, well, gash.

The minutes applause was superb from everyone in the stadium and it was nice to see Dale's family pitch side.

It's going to be very interesting for us now, with Dempster gone, Taylor gone, Graham gone and Dance rumoured to be going this week too.

We'll enjoy today, by god we're due it! ;)
He used to be shite, but now he's alright

Totally agree with 1872's view on the game. We lacked any real quality and although we probably should have got a point I can't really begrudge them the 3 points. As for Gash you can see why he scored 1 in 17 for York

I know it has already been mentioned but the K*ttering fans were top draw in how they conducted themselves.

That's the last thing I wanted to read - a level headed, intelligent and spot on summary from a K*ttering fan. ;)

i think the difference between the two sides were that: kettrin had a seasoned striker who knows where the goal is. he took his goals well. we were shocking in the first half and quite easily could have been 4 or 5 up in the second half.

Maybe he's planning his next move? A season ticket on the DeBank next season!

God you talk rubbish. The sooner you crawl right up the scummers arses and end up on the DeBank with them the better.
