Who will be "winning" against. If we can't beat the scum at home and throw a 1-0 lead away at home?

I guess you mean me with your quote, lol.
I was saying last season when we played Grays that JE had no tactical awareness, so its not like I'm just saying these things.
Yes "he" led us to 3rd in the league, but again like I was saying last season when Tommo wasn't playing we were shit, we sold Tommo and a couple of other top players with NO real replacement. NOBODY in this league (besides Crawley) have any ****ing money so I'm fed up with reading that old bollocks. Its about getting off your arse and looking for the best players and lets be honest its not as if we have no facilities for them to play/train at.

Anyone who suggests that JE needs to be sacked needs sectioning and putting in a straight jacket.

Morons.
Spot on.

So many negative people on here it's unreal, and I bet it's them people that don't go to many games.

With that sort of shit on display I'm surprised I chose to go today rather than paint my kitchen. FYI I go to enough games to judge whether or not my money is well spent, so try not to be so judgemental. :o

Didn't we beat Grays? And if i remember rightly it was the introduction of Jamies Reid of the bench which changed the game for us, surely JE must have some kind of tactical awareness to make a change like that which won us the game?
I can see you point, but if you were at Salisbury away last season you would have seen one of our best away performances all season without Tomlin playing... There might be other games but i can't remember.
Players like Tomlin and Byrne were clearly far to good for this level and to try and find players with the same ability isn't easy.....But even without Downer/Tomlin/Byrne/Terry we still had a good start to this season and were doing well up until the end of October. We still have a good side but obviously we can't expect them to perform and concentrate fully with whats gone on.

'FYI' it wasn't aimed at you, if it was I would have used your name and not said 'So many people'.

So because he made ONE good decision which for all we know may have been MS that made it, you think he is up there with Fergie.
Salisbury away aren't exactly Barcelona are they? What about the games that we lost as soon as Tommo was suspended?
Oh as for Grays we got lucky with a dodgy linos decision.

Why are you so cynical?

He's obviously made some good decisons or we wouldn't have finished 3rd in the league. Lets not forgot that before Edinburgh was at the club Tomlin wasn't half the player he was when he left.

Fair enough were going through a bad patch at the moment but every team has blips! Our start to the season proved that JE can be a sucessful manager without Stone there to help him. Salisbury was just one example of where we played well without Tomlin.

It is true that last season we did struggle without Tommo, but there is no shame in that at all. Tomlin was a special player, far too good for this league, and if some of the reports are true regarding his performances for Posh this term, a very good player at League 1 level. Therefore any team that loses a player of such talent is undoubtedly going to be severly weakened. Similarly, going into this season we lost three more key figures, Byrne, Downer and T***y, and that severely undermined our chances. It is perhaps naive to think that it would be so easy to replace such capable players, so quickly on the restrictive budget that JE has been working on. Remember our budget is only £400,000 per year, while the majority of other playoff hopefuls have budgets that dwarf ours and we must be realistic.

It also needs to be remembered that footballers are not simply colleagues, but rather teammates and the death of a fellow teammate, especially in such horrific circumstances, will undeniably be of huge impact. I think it could be considered selfish to expect close friends of Dale to recover so quickly from the bereavement. In my opinion we now need to write this season off and use it as a transitional phase. With everything that has happened it would be an incredible achievement, and an incredible testimoney to our players strength of character, if they could turn the season back on track. However if they can't I fully understand why not, why should they care about football when only last tuesday they buried one of their best friends?

Anyway i'm sure all you "fans" who are so disgruntled will be at the fans forum on the 28th were you can voice your concerns to Justin directly.

We were shit before the tragedy of Dales death, plus that sad event was almost a month ago.

If the 28th falls on a weeknight I will undoubtedly be at work because no matter how much I love the club, my mortgage company need paying. Sorry I'm not a true "fan". For f*** sake, a fan isn't just someone that can turn up because he has no other responsibilities.
