I accepted my first post on that thread was confusing, so I clarified it (9:24am on that thread). I am of the same opinion as Diamondsforever.

in my opinion, Helen would always acknowledge the work done by fellow volunteers.

Helen was the reason I stopped volunteering my help. On at least two occasions she was rude and ungracious of the fact that it was MY time I had given up.
