What are the clubs thoughts on a memorial match for Dale in the summer? I reckon a lot could be raised that day, (for a charity of his families choice?) and maybe Adam Johnson and others may be up for it.

And a memorial service! I see Lincoln did one for Richard Butcher the other week, shouldn't the club be doing likewise for Dale in the very near future?

At the end of the day is all comes down to the parents' wishes, I think. It might still a bit too soon to be approaching them about things like this, if anything does happen it'll probably be discussed during the summer.
