Re: Ratings -v- Cambridge
I had Millsy and Smith as my men of the match. Millsy was distributing the ball wide and finding a white shirt more often than others, and Smith had a great time down the right wng and was a little unlucky not to have got two

cant believe so many of you are praising Millsy!
the bloke wins the ball, then proceeds to attempt 50 yard 'worldies' and gives it away!
legend in his own lifetime.

Provides that stability in front of the back four though. Made a great saving challenge in second half as well - textbook.
Think he's played a massive part in turning our fortunes around. V impressed so far.
Maybe he was a bit one-dimensional in the first half, but changed things round second half, that's for sure.

Re: Ratings -v- Cambridge
In fairness to Millsy, every time he got the ball in the first half he had no option but to look for the long ball, due to the complete lack of movement throughout the team. I don't remember many long balls from him at all in second half, once we had actually stopped standing still.BartonRaz wrote:Great minds Downsie. ;)Downsie53 wrote:cant believe so many of you are praising Millsy!

Also, his '50 yard worldies' were at least aimed towards a white shirt, and the majority went very close to their target. He was also playing them diagonally rather than straight, which makes them more difficult to defend against - unless you're one of our centre backs in which case a long straight ball over the top is impossible to deal with!
