Didn't Gary Mills score that night?! I didn't realise that was the only win after Talbot left.

No Gary scored against Tranmere a couple of weeks earlier when we won 2-1. The goals against Notts were both scored by Andy Edwards. Unfortunately we only secured a further point that season which was a pity since after beating Notts on the 16th March we were 13th in the table.

I remember that game well. After scoring his first half brace, Edwards had a shot from about 35 yards for his hat trick, which ended up going miles wide. Bazza, who was still manager then, had a bit of a moan at him, and Edwards simply grinned back and shrugged his shoulders as if to say "come on boss, I'm on a hat trick!" :lol:

I think he got a couple right before he got injured.

Take a look at the list of historic results - with scorers - http://www.thediamondsfc.com/page/Stats ... 47,00.html

You'll see he scored the two league goals shown on his profile, but these were after his debut goal in the County Cup in 2000 against K*ttering. Most browsers will allow a simple search on a big page like that.
