You could have 140 years of no achievement, or twenty years of glorious victories, you decide.

Wills has closed down. Sparkle now works elsewhere. As for Hilltop (Zelda) she still works where she has done for at least the past five or six years

I have received an email from Charlie after contacting him yesterday.

He is very well and is being de-mobbed from the RAF in April. He has continued with his law studies with considerable success, and will be starting a law degree in October.

He still follows the fortunes of R & D from afar, although he doesn't visit the messageboard.

Did you ask whether whether he'd finished re-building that early Mini? He used to have a very good blog site charting his progress when he was based at Cottesmore.

If you email him back give him an "ex-fellow rdfcnet moderators hi" from me eh? Glad to hear the ol boy is doing well - happy days, until some muppet with zero self restraint (no names no pack drill) fooked it all up for us !!

Do you reckon he's causing havoc on the Watford Fans Forum, Jim?

No idea and I don't really care to be honest, but its a fact that irresponsible posting caused the closure of rdfcnet, which was a real shame.

Yep, massive shame, lost a lot of good posters.

Any chance that Charlie could organise a few RAF Eurofighters to fly over Nene Park with just a little warning shot past the players to wake them up?
We'd be ever so grateful . . . ;)
