Re: Paris Cowan-Hall
i see him play in his youth team days, very skillful but light weight at that time.I would imagine that he has bulked up in the years since then

He's a left winger. Was immense when he was here as a youngster but with Phart as his youth team boss anything could have happened!

Just what we needed, a player who runs at defenders and puts them on their back foot !! Good signing Justin, hopefully Paris' career will get back on-track at Nene Park - he's a talented lad who doesn't seem to have had the breaks I thought he would. I too saw him as a youth team player and was mightily impressed then - fingers crossed this loan works out for him and us eh?

In fairness to Phart, he may rival Ernie Tippett in the managerial incompetence stakes, but he has a great record as a youth coach, having worked with the likes of Jermaine Jenas and Michael Dawson when he was at Forest.Oundle Diamond #2 wrote:He's a left winger. Amazing how this local paper features many Diamonds stories. Does this mean that Bourne is a secret enclave for our followers?BartonRaz wrote:http://www.bournelocal.co.uk/sport/foot ... _1_2415592

Jonathon Woodgate, Alan Smith, Harry Kewell etc all came through at Leeds when he was head of youth development and Milner, Lennon, Robinson, Carson etc were all in the youth system when he left.davealbon wrote:In fairness to Phart, he may rival Ernie Tippett in the managerial incompetence stakes, but he has a great record as a youth coach, having worked with the likes of Jermaine Jenas and Michael Dawson when he was at Forest.Oundle Diamond #2 wrote:He's a left winger. You could have 140 years of no achievement, or twenty years of glorious victories, you decide.
