Sorry to go over old ground, but I think the £17 admission price is really starting to hit home. I could have gone tonight, but chose to go the pub and watch the premiersh*t rather than go to Nene Park and I don't even enjoy premier league football. However I will not pay that amount to watch non-league football and I know of a number of others who won't either......ID wrote:804 at the game. :|
Remember the days of the 2500 break-even figure?
I would have made it as I was in the yard at 5, unfortunately my boss is a wanker and has sent me to Exeter even though he knows I only have an hour of legal driving left today.bedforddiamond wrote:Sorry to go over old ground, but I think the £17 admission price is really starting to hit home. Even so, come on you Diamonds!!!!
Couldn,t agree more. Been a fan home and away since the old Rushden days but after watching that diabolical match against Alty decided that my pension (What there is of it) is better used than helping pay a team that didn,t seem to give a toss whether they played or not.bedforddiamond wrote:Sorry to go over old ground, but I think the £17 admission price is really starting to hit home.
