If they don't want to tell us the full information straight away it would of been just as well for the fans to not know rather then now being unsure of the future of the club. I feel the way it was worded hasn't helped the situation at all.

Yes, its his dad! the one who Liam Beasant and Calder are/were always with in Strikers. He couldn't be named chairmen from the start because hes been declared bankrupt apparently. But in my opinion, has a very big say in proceedings.

It was Steve Beasant who was at the Trust meeting a few weeks ago, and after I met him (after the meeting had finished) he said there were somethings he couldn't tell. Looks like this was one of them.

I guess we'll have to wait and see, but it doesn't look good I'll admit, but until we start to get some official statements it'd be best to not listen to too many rumours. Its a shame, after the fans forum I had high hopes of the new ownership team, but it looks like it was all bullshit.
Time will tell, just such a shame that it all appears to be going tits up off the field now that things are starting to go so well on it. If Calder does end up at Weymouth, god help them - he's obviously a 2-faced "character" who can't be trusted !!
I long for the days when our club was owned by an honest guy who just wanted to have fun - shame Max doesn't have his millions anymore eh?
