Second half starting 5 minutes late due to the referee hiding in the tunnel, another ridiculous delay when the linesman's flag 'breaks', the opposition chairman going on the pitch to confront the ref ... the whole thing is a farce and seems more than a little fishy. Joke of a league.

It appears he is a Conservative Councillor and also sold his business for £20 million.

Hard to argue with that to be honest (although it would have looked a bit better actually on the pitch), but the official's still made a farce of what was played of the second half!

Playing the remainder of a game has happened before, hasn't it? In Spain? Although of course it won't happen in this case.

Nope, I think something like that happened at Real Madrid a few years ago, where they came back the week after just to play the last 5 minutes but I've never seen anything like that in this country.

Unfortunately it's going to be a tough task fitting this fixture back into the calendar:

The only 'spare' tuesday night (for both clubs) is now Tuesday 12th April.
