Well we've been charged? So obviously there are some issues... Whether we are found guilty and penalised or not, I highly doubt other clubs would find it fair if we were chosen...
They were quite happy to play the last match at the home of a club whose supporters were, on several occasions last season, the cause of some appalling violence, including the worst scenes I've ever witnessed in this country since I've been following the game. Our minor financial misdemeanour would seem totally insignificant in comparison.

The FA will no doubt go for the ground at which they are likely to get the best turnout, which is fair enough for a cup final.

I was going to say that Dave, surely it's an FA issue, nothing to do with the Conference.
