Blimey! They're gonna have to dig deep for that. Had 3,600 at their last game, any chance of them getting 400 more?

I've read on another forum that the 200k bill has been paid after 3 or 4 wealthy Wrexham fans lent them the money, although i expect they'll all want that back at some point.
They say we've lost our money we're not famous anymore.....

It's a right mess at Wrexham. The Trust have deposits of £378k raised from fund raising activities but are obviously reluctant to hand it over and see it disappear into a black hole.

I see the Directors are playing their ultimate card - give us the money or we'll go bust and any club the supporters trust forms might not get into the English Leagues. They then add to the threat by indicating the club might not be allowed in the playoffs. I suspect that statement will have been ripped apart by their fans - especially with all the bleating about property price crashes when the decline had started well before the directors started on their foray into the property market. Two of Diamonds wrote:Directors statement from Wrexham, not pretty;-

I know there were many Wrexham fans predicting that these owners would walk away from the club with their property portfolio in their pockets - and their fears look like being justified.
I see one of their fans has made a direct appeal to the Taxman - http://www.redpassion.co.uk/forums/wrex ... 006-a.html
