Re: We will go into administration
If we went into admin now we wouldn't go down, even with the points deduction.
Forest Green play Tamworth on the final day. One of which (if not both) won't get past 47 points, and we'd stay up on goal difference.

They say we've lost our money we're not famous anymore.....

I think the problem now would be the Conference board itself rather than points. They have a habit of kicking clubs out of the league, so we need to clarify that first.BartonRaz wrote:If we went into admin now we wouldn't go down, even with the points deduction.

Re: We will go into administration
As far as im aware KC still owns the land and this is the reason why he wont let rdfc die so to speak. Howevee what i cant understand is why he let liam and steve take over. He surely knew they dodnt have the business knowledge to run this football club.Mad Dog wrote:It is. The bit below is probably key and what we need to bear in mind:PigmanRDFC wrote:Depressing
Is this if all the above happens Rushdenjim or just the aboveRushdenjim wrote:Finally KC will save the club IF it gets to that point!

I apologise for highlighting that bit of your reply and what I'm about to ask, but do you know anymore about what this might mean? Are we talking about if the club is kicked out of the Conference and we lose JE and the staff and players or before that?Rushdenjim wrote:As far as im aware KC still owns the land and this is the reason why he wont let rdfc die so to speak. Re: We will go into administration
I assumed that he didn't want to carry on funding the Club? What I always wondered about that was a couple of seasons ago someone near the inside came on the forum and said the yearly loss was only £70k and with the play-off run last season plus some FA Cup money I assumed that it would have been another relatively small loss for 09/10. I'd be interested to know what our yearly losses have been for the last few seasons under KC. I assumed that he was relatively wealthy.Rushdenjim wrote:As far as im aware KC still owns the land and this is the reason why he wont let RDFC die so to speak. (Sorry for the jumblyness of the above by the way, just a stream of thoughts really)

Re: We will go into administration
Tbh. Ive heard conflicting answers to you question mad dog. Some say he will step in to aviod us from falling into admin, althou others say the he will only step in at the very last mintue eg. Avioding liquidation.
Also another point to add is that if everyone brought a season ticket for next year that did this year. It would only bring in £115k. Well short of the £750k we owe

When does the season officially end? I'm thinking that the playoff final may be when it ends.League rules state that any club which enters administration during the course of a season must pay all creditors in full by the second Saturday in May.

Again though, how do we owe £750k? I just can't get my head around how we can owe so much.
