I wonder if Steve Beasant has individually contacted each and every creditor, either by telephone or letter, and formally invited them to this meeting or is he relying on them being aware from the statement on the Club's OWS?

Don't believe they have . I guess staff are classed as Creditors reading about Plymouth Argyle's troubles. and I know they have't been told a thing just kept dangling .Trek wrote:I wonder if Steve Beasant has individually contacted each and every creditor, either by telephone or letter, and formally invited them to this meeting or is he relying on them being aware from the statement on the Club's OWS?

Mad Dog, what did Liam and Steve have to say about the creditors meeting? IMO it marks a fairly serious turn of events and I'm surprised more of us aren't concerened about it.

I think we are concerned D4Eva, but what can we say? Until the meeting has taken place we don't know what's happening - I just wish all those owed money get sorted, but my fear is that this is the start of the road to something more serious. I'll hold my "tongue" until I know for sure what is happening.Diamondsforever wrote:Mad Dog, what did Liam and Steve have to say about the creditors meeting? This sounds almost like an informal meeting along the lines of that which would be required to confirm a CVA.
Maybe informal to try to avoid further sanctions from the Conference Board.

Just a further thought - will those people who have purchased shares and/or season tickets be invited as they are technically creditors too?

As I've said many times in this topic, from what I was told that was in trust, I maintain that it is better for the club to release certain information when it feels that the time is right.Diamondsforever wrote:I'm told there will be an interesting article in the NLP tomorrow...

Oooh that's interesting, I might take a gander down there as the youth are at home that day anyway and could win the league !rushdenman wrote:Just a further thought - will those people who have purchased shares and/or season tickets be invited as they are technically creditors too?
Just realised it might clash with the kick-off time so I'll choose the footy if it does 8-)
