I think hes right, I think the irthlingborough Diamonds have a clause in the ground that does exactly what Trek described

may be imran Ladak is testing the water as he knows he can't take K*ttering any further without the ground,and with a ground share being against the rules it could be his escape route out of K*ttering and who knows maybe turn up at diamonds like i say he may be testing the water

Indeed, but in that situation the owners of the ground went into liquidation so I guess the ground became an eyesore and an embarrassment to the local authority.
