Important Info for any pledges

Post by Mad Dog »

This was on the Trust Website. Important information about who or where to send cheques:
The Supporters Trust have confirmed that between 2pm and 8pm Tuesday 17th May 2011 there will be someone at the main reception at Nene Park taking cash/ cheque donations for the fighting fund, with cheques to be made payable to the Rushden & Diamonds Supporters Trust. You can also make pledges relating to season tickets for the 2011/2012 season (based on the early bird prices). Although you can leave cheques (made payable to the Rushden & Diamonds Supporters Trust) or your credit card details, the cheques and credit card details will not be used until we are clear on the position of the club.

So let me get this straight, if I wanted to write a cheque for a season ticket, i'd send it to that address, with a covering letter, and everything else would be done for me?
They say we've lost our money we're not famous anymore.....

Suggest you fill in a season ticket application form which can be downloaded from the OWS then you won't need to write a covering letter.

MD, I know you gave me a number on one of the other threads, but has it yet been established whether the Trust will have a specific number taking calls at NP tomorrow? I don't want to end up calling the Beasants and then having to be redirected!

The old girl just text me telling me that I received a phonecall from the club today about renewing my Season Ticket, so i'm glad to see that this has already begun.

The Trust volunteers were ringing season ticket holders that have not renewed today. They're going to be on Reception tomorrow from 2pm to 8pm so that number will take you through to them.
