I would be fairly certain that if they are still at the Club after the Conference AGM on 12 June then the Club will get wound up. The Cloverdale winding-up petition is due to be heard the day after and other creditors are on the nack of this petition and will not accept anything other than either 1) the Beasant's going or 2) full payment of funds due.
So (presumably) if the Beasants aren't at the club by the AGM, then someone else will have to attend on the club's behalf?
On point 2, what would be your feeling if that were (however unlikely) to happen?
For your information the beasants have not undertaken any duties at the club since the fans forum. They have not been on site with the exception of removing their own personal equipment and returning leased/hire vehicles.

So who/where will the alleged announcement come from then?
I feel sorry for people who don't drink................when they wake up in the morning, that's the best they're going to feel all day.

That's a very good question.
It seems to me that there is no-one who is willing/able to make make any sort of decision. The longer that this situation is allowed to drift aimlessly the less likely that there can be any positive outcome.
If no action is instigated from whoever is controlling the Club ( i.e. the legal entity) then when we reach the date of the Conference AGM and the Winding up hearing we will be removed from the Conference leagues completely and almost certainly be liquidated.
I Know KC said in the NLP that something be released on weds, i'm sure i readit or heard it somewhere that it may be fri. hopefully the news that we all want to hear.
