Thats for sure and there is lots of maintenance needed on the building and the AWP - I wonder what the arrangements are for remedials clubs or landlords!

Ther also has to be scope that pitch 2 would dissapear with AWP and Ex centre.

I know Roberta works her socks off at the club as a volunteer and sometimes looks after Ex-centre, believe she has been away on holiday!

It was reported at the Fans Forum, by KC, that the owner of the S&E centre, Peter Wilson, is trying to get the Club to pay 125k in respect of a schedule of dilapidations for remedial work to bring the building up to scratch. I guess that's the owners assessment and would need to be challenged.

shoot £125k is that part of the £750k, I know there a roof leak, the awp fence is dodgy in places and the gym floor is a bit worn.

That sounds excessive. I was at the KC/fans forum but I didnt pick up on that - so Mr Wilson is a creditor too!

I was under the impression that that was work that needed doing rather than work that had already been done. In that case, he wouldn't (yet) be a creditor.
