Re: CEO and Chairman very quiet....
I hate to hear when people go bust and the hurt they cause to people they owe, and many of my friends have gone under last year/this year as local government employees and some of them will never recover, but when you have been exploited and blanked as we have been I feel that pursuing the individual/s is acceptable, I dont know a lot about company law and what is fair game but friends I have had to suffer the embarrassment of bailiffs and the like after failing on figures that are a hundredth of the £750k we are talking about, can assets be siezed legally - my worry is that with the future uncertain and the ownership/existence in the balance should the assets be frozen - imagine if we get back on our feet and and all of the grounds maintenance equipment has gone, or mini buses, lighting, furniture - I would like to see anything that can be moved bolted down or padlocked!
Does anyone know if an injunction can be served or goods protected or siezed from owners to offset costs, I am very worried how this is panning out!

No. Well neither has anyone else. Good thing or bad thing........

Re: CEO and Chairman very quiet....
Personally I think that their failure to communicate is awful and should tell us how they value our club, fans and community - to keep people hanging on and on and on is not on
Having said that we need a focal point to doorstep someone, either the owners or the spokesperson to get an up to date steer, reading between the lines I feel they have gone and are probably acting on advice to keep schtoom!
Can Pressman or someone from ET/radio speak to them direct (I understand they are avoiding contact!)
Does anyone know if PBDevs has gone tits up or are they still promoting this, it might be a way to get a response from our Owners?
KC seems to have contact, could he update us?

I've contacted Steve B a couple of times in the past fortnight on issues relating to the website, and have got a pretty rapid response. I've also spoken to someone else who had been in dialogue with him in the past week. They seem to be operating things remotely.

Formic, thanks, if thats the case and we have a direct line to SB through you,why no statement, why no comment at all, why no answer to my emails and does he understand the situation we are in..............perhaps next time you speak to him you could ask him.
I would be interested to know who the someone else is, perhaps you could tell us.......cant be a secret.
Good owners would retain good dialogue - does anyone know about PBDevs.
thanks

The other person was Leon Knight's agent, who told me he made an offer to get the contractual issue resolved.
I'll drop Steve a line on the other questions - although you'll have to PM me your details if you want any specific questions.

Formic, thanks, my beef is the same as everyone else, are they going if so when, whats the level of debt, how has that been accrued, who is running the club in their absence, are there any other future debts we dont know about ie cars, houses etc.
The big one is why no communication with fans etc.
Thanks Formic

Re: CEO and Chairman very quiet....
I dropped Steve a line after my earlier message, and got a rapid reply to my questions. He confirmed we didn't appeal the five point penalty, so the points deduction stands. Regarding other matters, he tells me there is a meeting with the Conference on 6th June regarding our situation, which follows other discussions planned for this week - and after these a full announcement is anticipated.

On that question, as the only two directors they cannot both leave unless they hand the club over to someone else, or the club is liquidated.Dinky Diamond wrote:...are they going if so when....
