I would think that 400k as a professional playing budget was low and would have thought even with our small squad it would be double that.

KC also added at the fans meeting that there were some players in our squad only earning £200 a week.

KC did as well, I think he said it was the 12th lowest budget in the league, which ironically is roughly where we finished in the table.

The highest costs are the stadium and surrounding area I understand - costs have been cut dramatically over the past few years, if we were getting between 1,800 - 2,000 per game I don't think it would be a problem for us - also 950-1200 causes a big hole in the accounts !!!

I can't see how a Club in our position can hire a facility such as the S&E centre which apparently costs us 50k a year. It's recognised that some of this cost is recouped through the Club hiring to external organisations but, nevetheless, we are still faced with a situation with the landlord trying to charge us a further 125k maintenance charges.

On the 750k how much debt has been ran up since the change of ownership,does that include the money that KC pumped in and obviously wants to recoup now he is not the owner. cause at the meeting did he not say that of all the creditors he is owed about 75% so will that be he is owed 3quarters of750k. :?: as for the gym seems everyone is jumping in now to try and screw you. talk about a kick in the nuts,ok it may bo owed seems excessive though perhaps he is doing his house up :lol:

As the date of takeover i.e. 1st December 2010, KC confirmed at the fans meeting, that outstanding creditors equalled outstanding debtors. This, therefore, implies that the ball park debt figure of 750k has been incurred since the date of the takeover.

Surely KC debt is only that since the Beasants took over IE ground rental as I assume he obtained the ground and land estimated worth £10-20 million in exchange for debts, or has he obtained it for nothing if he still requires his loans repaying .As the largest creditor by far according to himself, do we know what they relate to and what reason is there for him not standing by his offer to write off his loans when he sold out.Our position although grim may look a lot different if we knew what percentage of the £750,000 is owed to KC

He publicly stated that 75% of the creditors were sat in front of us (i.e. him!) at the meeting the other week - so £750k (if that is the figure) x 75% - you do the maths, I can't be arsed to :lol:

So, our other creditors amount to about £190k - but obviously KC wants his money as well. £110k to HMRC, £57k to Cloverdale, £50k to GW...............none of it adds up does it. We're like mushrooms and will remain so !!

KC told us in the forum that his offer to write off his earlier loans etc was conditional on certain conditions being met by the new regime. I'd thus got the impression that he was the 75% creditor over and above the £750k that had been built up since December - hence the total owed may well be around £2.5M if we assume no more than £100k of the £750k is owed to KC for rent etc since December.

I reckon nobody, including the Beasants, knows the true extent of the Club's current debt so it's pointless fans trying to do an analytical breakdown of KC's ball park figure.
