He's now Academy Director at Charlton http://www.cafc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0 ... 07,00.html alongside another ex-member of the Diamonds backroom staff, Jeff Vetere, who is Technical Director.

and they've just sold one of their youngsters to Arsenal........
I feel sorry for people who don't drink................when they wake up in the morning, that's the best they're going to feel all day.
