Surely anything but an adjournment suits nobody? I can't confess to knowing anything about the subject, but it seems that whilst there is still a possibility of creditors getting their money back it makes sense to adjourn the hearing pending a takeover.

An adjournment is ok providing people can substantiate what they are proposing.
Obviously the league didnt think so, Hopefully the creditors will?
