Do you think we have the grounds to appeal if the said money is in place :?:

It's difficult to say without knowing all of the details, and we probably never will. I would guess it's highly unlikely though.

I don't think we do. The deadline was there for all to see and at the time of the deadline we weren't assured to start next season and fulfil our fixtures IMO.

Completely agree, as far as I can see, they had no choice but to expel us, they don't want another Chester situation where we fold mid season. At the time of AGM, we were unable to pay off our debts and had failed to prove to the conference that we'd be able to carry on into next season, we knew it would probably happen anyway. So for all their critics I'm not angry at the conference at all, I'm angry at the mismanagement of the club itself.

I can't see any way that the Conference will overturn their decision and re-instate us.

The only way an appeal would have a chance of succeeding would be on a legal tecnicality, but the time scales would make this impractical to enforce as the League structures and fixtures would be in place well before any legal challenge could be heard and decided.

Any appeal would be heard by a F.A. Panel

Further to this an arcticle in the ET is quoting KC who states there is now confusion whether we can appeal our expulsion.
