How we should love Pickering ;)
Not sure about that, I only have good memories of RR; Sam Smith's late equaliser, Aaron and Byrne shushing the 12 year olds, Tomlin sprinting away and slotting home and Dale letting us know that we could all go mental.
knocking them out of the f.a cup

There must be others with drunken tales of away games; I'm looking at your Pigman.
I seem to remember 3 or 4 groups of fans who would drink their way around the county during the non league days in the late 90's.
This seems to be the perfect place to share them.
I'm trying to rack my brain because there is a host of stories to be told.
Some of the best tales seem to involve the Craddle and Woking; both involving beer.
It doesn't even have to involve the football, to be fair not many of our away trips did! We lost 4-1 at Dover in 1999, yet that still ranks as one of the best away games ever culminating in an argument with Talbot while the game was going on and after as he left the pitch.
the crabble.
i remember one mid week game at dover, we got there 10 mins before half time and they wouldn't let us in for a discounted rate. both goals were scored whilst we were in dover, getting to the ground. finished 1-1 i think.

My booze fuelled away days really started div 3 winning season unfortunatly I was just abit too young to really appreciate the conference first time arounf. I remember before I was mates with them, but i remember standing behind RP when he was on crutches falling over and pulling PF's sleave off his jumper! DF toothpaste on his knob! Me being sick on a couple of terraces before falling into coppers.DD fast asleep on terrace at bristol rovers. scottish brian falling out of the mini bus somewhere.
Stalin were you one of the 7 or 11 or how ever many it was at Cardiff?
I sure was, think it was eleven, another good away trip only because we got thrash and there was only eleven of us there.
Highlight was the snack lady coming over in the second half and asking if anybody wanted something to eat before she locked up! Glad I made it to ninian park before city moved out.
