Perhaps KC is just using the appeal as bargaining chip to get Ladak to pay up the rent. I have a feeling IL may be on the verge of pulling out over costs - basically Kett will have no where to play next season, no management or team, R&D will be bust and NP empty.

The only ones laughing in all of this are Northampton Town. The Conference, Beasants, KC et al could effectively kill off two senior sides in one county.

Surely as just Landlord KC has no right of appeal, whats it to do with him, he doesn't own the club (does he? :? )? I understand it isn't the Beasants - so who who the hell are the "Diamonds Officials" referred to in the BBC article http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/13856120.stm plus it says we are lodging an appeal in the first sentence, then a few paragraphs down it says we're considering it - so what is the bloody truth - journos just making it up?? !! Fed up with it all now in truth, too many bloody games and too little bloody information !!!

according to the OWS we have not only appealed to the Conference Board, we have also appealled to the Football Association.

A rumour and I stress it it just a rumour is that the Japanese consortium will only back us IF we are in the conference at the very least. Like I said it is a rumour and I haven't been able to justify it, but IF it proves to be true then that may be the reason for the appeal.

It's no rumour, KC told us exactly that at the forum last week.

I couldn't make the forum as my boss forgets I have a home life. Thanks anyway
