Help required for tonight's meeting at the Pemberton Centre

(Yes, I know it's been posted, but this needs its own thread).

Job 1. Meeting Minutes! We need somebody to take all the meeting minutes as we intend to publish these after the meeting to everybody that was unable to attend. Please email us at support@saverdfc.com if you can volunteer for this job.

Job 2. We still need 3-4 people to help us collect fans information on the night. We require 5-7 people to stand at the entrance of the centre but so far only 3 people have come forward. We have a load of clip boards and forms and just need these people to collect everybody's name, email and address as they come in so we can start to build up a fans list. We'll need you to arrive at around 7-7.10pm and you'll be done by 7.35pm. It's really important we put a fans list together so this is a vital job. Job 3. Bucket Collection. We already have one person leading this but we require another 1 or 2 people to help with a bucket collection after the meeting. We also need you to bring a bucket/container. Again if you can help with this please email us at support@saverdfc.com
