According to the NLP today, the Conference Board have offered them £12k to stay in the BSBN as the figure for travelling expenses (over what they'll already need). That'll work out over £500 per away game.

It was not just travelling that was the problem it was also the Stortford sponsors who all are within the southeast and so many of these sponsors adverts would be pointless aimed at the Northern away fans.
